List of Community Work Centers by State

Community work centers are alternative facilities for inmates to finish serving their sentences . At a community work center, inmates perform work for cities, counties, state agencies and charitable organizations and are a valuable source of free labor for these organizations. Examples of work performed include janitorial work, mechanic work and beautification of roadsides.  Within each community work center listing, you'll be able to find visiting hours/rules, physical addresses, phone numbers and email addresses, how to mail something, call, or send money, and feedback/complaint programs.

The accuracy of our listings is extremely important to us and we do our best to update our listings as things change.  Keep in mind that visiting hours can change at anytime and we urge you to contact the facility directly to confirm visitation hours.
