The Solano County Stanton Correctional Facility is operated by the Solano County Sheriff's Department and is located in Fairfield, California. This jail houses adult male and female inmates who have been arrested by county or municipal law enforcement.

VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday)

Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE) is a free and anonymous telephone service that provides victims of crime both information and notification. VINE monitors the custody status of offenders in the Solano County Claybank and receives updated information every 15 minutes.

The Toll Free Number for California VINE is 1.877.411.5588. Anyone can call the California State VINE line to determine an inmate's custody status. To search for offender information, callers will need one of the following items:

  • Offender name or alias
  • Secondary search option (if there is more than one offender with the same name), such as:
    • Arrest date
    • Date of birth
    • Middle initial
    • Offender identification number

VINE will let callers know about the offender's current custody status, the location of the inmate, and their offender number.

Visiting Hours and Rules

Visiting at the Solano County Stanton Correctional Facility is conducted via video, either on-site at the Stanton Visitor Center or remotely via computer or smartphone. To create an account and schedule a visit, go to https://www.iwebvisit.com/.

All video visits must be scheduled at least one day in advance. On-Site Video Visits are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Inmates are allowed two visits per day. 

On-site video visits are free. The cost of a remote visit is $9.00 per 30 minute interval. Remote visits are non-refundable.

All time slots for on-site video visits are available seven days a week. You may schedule a visit at any of the following times (depending on availability).

Each 30-minute visit can be split up between a total of two visitors per terminal. Infants and toddlers under age five may sit in an adult’s lap.

The length and frequency restrictions set forth for the On-Site Visitation Program are meant to apply to visits conducted at the Detention Facility only.  

On-Site Visiting Rules

On-Site Video Visiting Times for Housing Units 1, 2, 3 and 4 are as follows:

  •  Monday and Thursdays: 7:30am-2:00pm, 3:45pm-5:45pm, 6:45pm-10:15pm

On-Site Video Visiting Times for Housing Units 5, 6, 7 and 8 are as follows:

  •  Tuesday and Friday: 7:30am-2:00pm, 3:45pm-5:45pm, 6:45pm-10:15pm

On-Site Video Visiting Times for Housing Units 9, 10, 11 and 12 are as follows:

  •  Wednesday and Saturday: 7:30am-2:00pm, 3:45pm-5:45pm, 6:45pm-10:15pm

On-Site Video Visits are subject to the following policies and procedures:

All visitors must be at least 18 and  present a VALID government issued picture identification, such as a DMV issued California Driver’s License, California ID Card, Military ID or Passport with valid exit stamp.

Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent (showing proof by means of an original Birth Certificate), a legal guardian (court order is required) or emancipated by the court (emancipated order required). There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

A parent or legal guardian may bring no more than two children and one infant with them to a visit. Children cannot be left unattended in the lobby.

Visitors must wear a shirt and shoes. Swimsuits or swimsuit tops, shorts and skirts cut higher than 3” above the knee, halter tops, tube tops, or thin strapped blouses, “see through” blouses or any garment that reveals excessive flesh, such as the breast or stomach, are considered unsuitable for visiting.

Any visitor wearing gang related clothing or clothing with nudity, drugs, violence, or illegal activity will not be admitted.

CELL PHONES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Engaging in illegal or illicit (to include disrobing and /or sexual behavior) activity will result in the visit being terminated. The visitor will be blocked from any further visits to any inmate confined in the Solano County Stanton Correctional Facility.

Remote Video Visit Schedule

Inmates housed at the Stanton Correctional Facility may receive one-hour of remote visiting per week free of charge. To schedule this one hour visit, please go to www.iwebvisit.com and contact a representative via their Live Chat or by calling (775) 434-8748.

  • Access to a computer (Laptop or PC) with a web-cam, microphone, and high-speed internet OR a Smartphone/Tablet (Android Based). iPhones and iPads are not currently supported

Mail sent to the Stanton Correctional Facility MUST have the sender's return address on the outside of the envelope. Address stickers are not allowed. All incoming mail is opened and inspected for contraband.

Packages sent or received through the mail are prohibited except for legal materials, textbooks, periodicals, and magazines sent directly from the publisher or vendor. Inmates are allowed a maximum of five soft cover books at any time.

Inmates are allowed to receive up to five photographs (no larger than 4"x 6") at any given time. 

The following items will be returned:

  • Photographs depicting gangs, weapons, unlawful activity, sexually explicit material (nude or partially nude)
  • Excess photocopies. (Limit 5)
  • Negatives, Polaroids, sticker photos, frames or albums. 
  • HardCover Books (soft cover only, must be sent directly from the publisher/vendor)
  • Letters not written on white paper (plain or lined).
  • Stationary or greeting cards. 
  • Newspapers and magazines must be purchased by subscription in the inmate’s name and must be sent directly from the publisher/vendor.
  • No pens/pencils, envelopes (metered, plain or stamped), postage stamps or stationary.
  • Items containing hair, maps, jewelry, posters, lottery tickets, candy, trading cards, magnets, condoms, ID card(s), stencils/tattoo patterns, or date/address books.
  • No cash or personal checks accepted. Money orders must be legible and filled out completely.
  • Third party mail.
  • Items containing metal, wood, plastic, cloth, cardboard, paint, crayon, perfume, lipstick, stickers, glitter, tape, glue, powder, liquid paper, stains, or unknown substances.
  • Inappropriate drawings depicting gangs, weapons, nudity/partial nudity, sexually explicit and/or unlawful activity.
  • Articles depicting gangs, weapons, sexually explicit material, unlawful activity, and/or information found to be in conflict with safety and security.

How to Call an Inmate

Inmates at the Stanton Correctional Facility cannot receive incoming phone calls. However, they have access to phones and can make outgoing calls from the inmate housing area. Phone calls are recorded and may be monitored at any time.

California law has established the right of an arrested person to make at least three free local telephone calls when they are booked: one call to an attorney, one to a bail bond agent, and one to a relative or other personal contact.

Five Keys Charter School

Five Keys provides GED preparation and credits towards a high school diploma.  They offer classroom based instruction, independent study, and special education. 

Solano Community College

Correspondence college courses offered in an independent study format.

Healthright 360 Substance Abuse Treatment

Provides comprehensive substance use disorder treatment.

PEAK Parenting Program

A Parenting Skills Class for male inmates with children ages 0-5. Services start in jail and follow the participant into the community. 

Employment Readiness Skills/ Employment Reentry Case Management/Job Placement

Offers Employment Skills and Life Skills Classes to male and female inmates.  Inmates who participate in the in-custody program are eligible to transition to the program in the community to continue employment readiness work and job placement.

Women's Reentry Achievement Program (WRAP)

WRAP case managers provide pre-release services in the jail prior to a woman’s release.  Services include individual reentry planning, trauma, and empowerment groups, and Reading Legacies (a program helping incarcerated women stay connected with their children).

Thinking for a Change (T4C) and Controlling Anger and Learning to Manage (CALM)   

T4C and CALM include cognitive restructuring, social skills development, and development of problem solving skills.

Alcoholics Anonymous/Narcotics Anonymous

Group programs led by a volunteer for inmates with alcohol and/or substance abuse issues.

Veterans Justice Outreach Program

Solano County Veterans Services is at the jail every other Wednesday to help inmates who are veterans access VA and community resources.  Assists in establishing eligibility, discharge and transition planning, health and housing services, etc.
