Inmates being held for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Florida Department of Corrections (DOC), or charges from other counties will not be found by going to the VINE Link above. You will have to call the jail.
Bonding someone out of the Jefferson County Jail
The method (cash/surety) and amount of money needed for bonding someone out of the Jefferson County Jail depends on their charges. Most crimes, but not all crimes, are bondable offenses.
When you pay a cash bond, it is refunded to you when all court appearances have been made and the case is discharged, dismissed, or a not guilty verdict rendered. If the arrestee fails to appear or is found guilty, the money will be forfeited.
When you use a Bail Bondsman for a surety bond, you will not get a refund.

Visiting Hours and Rules
Inmate’s visitation times at the Jefferson County Jail are set according to the cell area in which they are being housed.
Before you can visit with your inmate, you must call the jail at 850-997-5094 and speak with the Correctional Officer on duty. They will be able to provide you with your inmate's visiting information once they've been classified and placed in their assigned cell area.

How to Call an Inmate
Inmates at the Jefferson County Jail cannot receive incoming phone calls, however, they have access to phones and can make outgoing calls from the inmate housing area. Phone calls are recorded and may be monitored at any time.
Inmates have access to phones everyday between 8am to 10pm. Phone access is provided by Paytel. You may contact Paytel at 1-800-729-8355 for phone rates and to set up billing options.
How to Send Money
To send money to an inmate at the Jefferson County Jail, friends & family can use the Kiosk located in the jail lobby, anytime 24 hours a day. The Kiosk accepts Cash, Credit or Debit cards. You will need the inmate's Resident ID number.
