Visiting hours at Plymouth County Correctional Facility are based on the detainee's last name and are as follows:

Tuesdays9 a.m. – 11 a.m., 1 p.m. – 4 p.m., and 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Saturdays9 a.m. – 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
DETAINEE'S LAST NAME BEGINS WITH M - Z
Thursdays9 a.m. – 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Sundays9 a.m. – 11 a.m., 1 p.m. – 4 p.m., and 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.
JUVENILE SECURE UNIT RESIDENTS
Thursdays and Saturdays6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
General Rules
All visits are non-contact and may last up to 30 minutes. Please arrive at least 45 minutes in advance of the scheduled visiting time to allow time to process through security.
All adult visitors must have a valid photo ID to enter the facility. Minors who are visiting must be accompanied by an adult guardian (18 years or older).
Visitors are not allowed to carry any items into the visiting area or pass any items to detainees. No firearms or weapons of any kind are permitted. No electronic devices (cell phones, pagers, radios, etc.) are permitted in the secure areas of the Plymouth County Correctional Facility.
All visitors (adults and minors) are subject to a pat-down search of their person, an inspection of their belongings, and a metal scan search. If you refuse to cooperate, you will not be allowed to visit.
Attorney Visits
Attorneys and paralegals may visit detainees daily between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm.
Consular Visits
Consular officials are allowed to meet with their detained nationals at any time. When possible, arrangements should be made with the ICE Supervisory Deportation Officer in advance by calling (781) 359-7500. All consular officials should bring appropriate credentials.
Clergy Visits
Clergy are allowed to visit detainees housed at Plymouth County Correctional Facility at any time. Arrangements must be made in advance through the chaplain's office.

When sending a detainee mail, you must include the last four digits of their Alien number, plus your name and address. The staff at Plymouth County Correctional Facility does not read incoming detainee mail, but they do screen it for contraband.
Sending Packages
Detainees at Plymouth County Correctional Facility are not allowed to receive care packages. However, a detainee may receive items that are considered necessary for travel or release from agency custody with approval of the ICE Deportation Officer. Detainees who are being removed from the United States are allowed one small piece of luggage. This can be sent after receiving approval from the Supervisory Deportation Officer. For security reasons, no electronic devices (cell phones, electric razors, laptop computers, radios, etc.) are accepted.
How to Call an Inmate
You can't call a detainee at Plymouth County Correctional Facility. However, if you need to leave an urgent message you can call 508-830-6200. The message should include the detainee's full name, their alien registration number, and a telephone number where you can be reached.
How to Send Money
You can send money to a detainee at Plymouth County Correctional Facility by mailing a money order or cashier's check directly to the detainee. Do not send cash. The processing officer will put the money into the detainee's account and issue a receipt. Cashier’s check or money order must include the detainee’s full name and A-number.

To Post a Delivery Bond
When a detainee in ICE custody is placed into removal proceedings while they are in the United States, a delivery bond may be posted. When you post a delivery bond, you are required to show proof of identity.
Bonds for aliens detained by ICE can be posted at ICE ERO bond acceptance offices nationwide, Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., local time. Acceptable forms of payment are:

- cashier’s checks
- certified checks
