Visiting Hours and Rules
Visiting hours at Morrow County Correctional Facility are as follows:
Male Detainees:
Saturdays: 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Female Detainees:
Sundays: 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.
General Rules
To allow enough time for processing through security, visitors must arrive 45 minutes in advance of their scheduled visit. All adult visitors must have a valid photo ID to visit with a detainee.
Minor visitors must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years of age. Minors must not be left unaccompanied in the visiting room.
All visits are non-contact.
All visitors are subject to search while in the facility. Visitors are not allowed to carry any items into the visitation area, and are not allowed to pass any items to detainees.
Attorney Visits
Attorneys are authorized to visit their clients seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 11:00 p.m., including holidays.
Consular Visits
Consular officials are allowed to meet with their detained nationals at any time. When possible, arrangements should be made with the ICE Supervisory Deportation Officer in advance by calling (614) 469-2900. All consular officials are advised to bring appropriate credentials.
Clergy Visits
Clergy are allowed to visit detainees housed at Morrow County Correctional Facility at any time. Arrangements must be made in advance through the chaplain's office.

When sending mail to a detainee, you must include the last four digits of their Alien number, plus your name and address. The staff at Morrow County Correctional Facility does not read incoming detainee mail, but they do screen it for contraband.
Sending Packages
Detainees at Morrow County Correctional Facility are not allowed to receive care packages. However, a detainee may receive items that are considered necessary for travel or release from agency custody with approval of the ICE Deportation Officer.

Detainees who are being removed from the United States may have one small piece of luggage. This can be sent after receiving approval from the Supervisory Deportation Officer.
For security reasons, no electronic devices (cell phones, electric razors, laptop computers, radios, etc.) will be accepted.
How to Call an Inmate
You can't call a detainee at Morrow County Correctional Facility. However, you can leave an urgent message by calling (419) 947-1151.
Your message will be given to the detainee. It should include the detainee's full name, their alien registration number, and a telephone number where you can be reached.
How to Send Money
To send money to a detainee at Morrow County Correctional Facility, mail a money order or cashier's check directly to the detainee. Do not send cash.
The processing officer will deposit the money into the detainee's account and issue a receipt. Cashier’s checks and money orders must include the detainee’s full name and A-number.

To Post a Delivery Bond
When a detainee in ICE custody is placed into removal proceedings while they are in the United States, a delivery bond may be posted. When you post a delivery bond, you are required to show proof of identity.
Bonds for aliens detained by ICE can be posted at ICE ERO bond acceptance offices nationwide, Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., local time.
