Clara Waters Community Correctional Center
Clara Waters Community Corrections Center (CWCCC) for male inmates is a reentry facility that is located next to Interstate 35 in northeast Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
CWCCC originally opened in March 1978 as a women's facility but became co-ed in 1983. In 1992, its inmates swapped facilities with the men at another facility, and CWCCC then became all-male.
On May 9, 2003, a tornado severely damaged the facility. The Oklahoma Department of Corrections evacuated inmates there and began repairs. It returned to operation in July 2008.
