Visiting Hours and Rules
Visiting hours at Northeast Correctional Complex are based on the inmate's classification and last name.

E/F Unit - One visit per week for up to 1 1/2 hours is allowed in the non-contact visiting room, between the hours of 8:00am to 1:00pm, Monday through Friday (exception is Holiday's and Parole Board days). Your visit request must be submitted to the 1st Shift Supervisor, requesting a specific date, time, names, and the number of visitors.
Visiting Rules
- A valid photo ID is required for all adult visitors
- You must follow the dress code or you will be turned away
- Arrive at the facility no more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled visiting time
- You are not allowed to exchange items with your inmate during a visit
- Bathrooms are not available during visiting; please use the bathroom in the reception area prior to entering the visiting room
- Physical contact between adult visitors and inmates is not permitted
- All visitors are subject to being searched
You are allowed to bring an inmate requested property during visiting hours, but it must go through the property officer. These items must also be approved prior to bringing them in.
Video Visitation
To register for video visitation, go to https://vermontdoc.gtlvisitme.com. You can schedule a visit and pay for it with a credit or debit card. A 10-minute visit costs $2.50 and a 25-minute visit cost $6.25.

If you would like to pay for your inmate's tablet services, you can do so at ConnectNetwork.com. You can also download the ConnectNetwork app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Locate the Vermont DOC and add the inmate as a contact using either their inmate ID or first/last name. On the left side of the menu, click on Debit Link and buy enough Link Units to pay for your inmate’s subscription purchases to FM Radio, Newsfeed, Game Center, eBooks, and streaming music.
Programs For Inmates
Programs at Northeast Correctional Complex include education and workforce readiness classes provided by the Community High School of Vermont (CHSVT).

The Community High School of Vermont (CHSVT) provides educational opportunities for inmates. The dual mission of the CHSVT is to offer inmates an accredited high school education while providing risk-reducing interventions to decrease recidivism.
