Martinsburg Correctional Center

The Martinsburg Correctional Center and Jail is an intake and classification unit for male offenders who are entering the West Virginia Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. This facility can house a maximum of 120 inmates. Originally, this facility was known as the Eastern Regional Jail. 

Inmates are housed at this facility for a brief period of time. Once they are classified, they will be transferred to their permanent facility, so they can complete their sentence.
