How to Call an Inmate in Georgia

Friends and family members who wish to receive calls from an inmate in Georgia can set-up an AdvanceConnect or direct bill account with Securus Technologies by going to https://www.securustech.net or by calling 1-800-844-6591. Multiple telephone numbers can be added to an individual prepaid collect account.

Calls may be subject to monitoring and recording.  Call forwarding and/or three-way calling is not permitted.  The maximum time allowed per call is 15 minutes. Calls are restricted to only the telephone numbers included on the offender’s Call Allow List.

Direct Bill

Direct Bill allows you to receive calls from inmates and have the call charges billed directly to you monthly. This account is best suited for attorneys, bail bondsmen, and friends & family of long-stay inmates. A credit check is required to qualify.
